Debbie Demooy started Rad Bookkeeping in 2000, not long after her first baby came along. When a new business client seemed to be growing strongly, she found out that it was through customer reviews, and joined WOMO's Happy Customers Program.
Since then, she's moved out of the home office and now has a team of 5 bookkeepers and services small, medium and some large businesses from all over Australia.

Debbie says she'd tried print media and flyers but found them to be a waste of money. She also tried online directories (including some that claim to represent WOMO!) but has since cancelled those contracts to focus on building a strong reputation with customer reviews. She advises her own business clients;
"If you're not online, you're not known anymore. Sure there are some business owners that just want to serve an older generation, but if you want to grow, you've got to build a reputation online."
Rad Bookkeeping attributes at least one new client a month that comes directly after seeing their reviews. Debbie believes that the listing on WOMO comes up well in Google searches so brings her a lot more traffic, plus the reviews widget on her website generates a lot of enquiries.
When asked what her secret to providing good service is, Debbie says;
"Keep in constant communication, always be available, and simply do a good job!"
From what started as a home business, Debbie now has big ambitions to grow the business and help many more businesses with their books!
