Happy Customers, Happy Snaps Promotion

Calling all customers! Would you like the chance to win one of twelve $100 Westfield gift vouchers? 

Simply use the services of a business on WOMO’s Happy Customers Program, take a photo with the business, write your review and post your photo to WOMO’s Facebook wall.

What do you need to do?

  1. Simply head to womo.com.au and search for a business you wish to use. Type in the category of business you are looking for, and your suburb – then press search. (eg: Hairdressers, in Melbourne Metro)
     
  2. Happy Customers Program iconIn your search results, keep an eye out for this icon – this tells you that the business is a part of WOMO’s Happy Customers Program. Choose any business on the Happy Customers Program.
     
  3. Check out their reviews/give them a call to make sure they can help you with what you’re after.
     
  4. Visit/Use this business and their services.
     
  5. Chat to the staff and let them know you found them on WOMO. Whilst you are in store, take a photo of you with the staff and any identifiable business signage. (If the business is an online store, please take a photo of yourself with their products when they arrive)
     
  6. After your transaction is complete, be sure to review the business on WOMO.
     
  7. Once you have reviewed the business, and posted your photo to the WOMO Facebook Page, you will go in the draw to WIN $100 worth of Westfield Gift cards.
     
  8. Remember to keep your receipt as proof of purchase
     
  9. There will be 3 winners drawn each week, based on the entries from the previous week. Each week, the winner will be announced on Facebook, and contacted directly via email.

How long will the promotion run for?
The Promotion will last for a total of 4 weeks, with prizes being drawn each week. 
  •  4th August – 10th August – Winners drawn Tuesday 12th August
  • 11th August – 17th August – Winners drawn Tuesday 18th August
  • 18th August – 23rd August – Winners drawn Tuesday 25th August
  • 24th August – 30th August – Winners drawn Tuesday 2nd September
To be entered into the weekly draw, photos must be posted on Facebook, and the 
corresponding review submitted by 11.59pm (AEST) each Sunday for the duration of the promotion. The final date for entry into the weekly draw is Sunday 30th
How many prizes are there to win?
There are twelve (12) prizes to win, three to be drawn each week. Each prize is $100 worth of Westfield Gift Cards.

When do I need to post my photo on Facebook?

As soon as you have visited the business, and paid for their services, you can submit your photo onto WOMO’s Facebook wall.

How do I know which Businesses are on the Happy Customers Program?

Happy Customers Program IconYou can easily see this when you search for the business. When you complete a search on WOMO.com.au, look out for this icon in the search result. If you see this Icon, then they are a part of WOMO’s Happy Customers Program. You will also see this icon on their business listing in the top right corner.

Do I need to keep my receipt?

Yes you sure do! You may be required to provide your receipt as proof of purchase to 
claim your prize. 

What if the business is an online Business?

Not to worry! You can still participate in this promotion. All you need to do is use the services of the business, and then take a photo of yourself with their product when it arrives to you! Be sure to include the packaging/logo of the business so we know which 
business you have used.

I’m a business owner – do I need to do anything?

Just smile! You may get customers wanting to take a Happy Snap with you, so just enjoy it! You can even let your existing customers know about the promotion and encourage them to take the pic, write a review and enter for their chance to win!

If I win – how will I know?

Winners will be drawn at random and will be announced on the WOMO Facebook Page and will be contacted via email to confirm postal address for the vouchers. 

Is there a limit to how many times I can enter?

Not at all! The more businesses you visit who are on the WOMO Happy Customers Program the more chances you have to win. Keep in mind, entries close every Sunday in August, and the winners of that week, will be drawn the following Tuesday. So feel free to enter each week if you can!

Do I tell the business I found them on WOMO?

Yes – It is best to let them know that you did, and that you are taking the photo to Submit to WOMO for a promotion. 
 
Conditions:
  • The Promotion begins at 12:00am (AEST) on the 4th August 2014 and finishes at 11:59pm (AEST) on the 30th August 2014
  • To enter the promotion and win a prize, the entrant must use a business that is a part of the WOMO Happy Customers Program, take a photo with the business, and review the business during the promotional period.
  • All Reviews must abide by WOMO’s Fair Play Policy
  • Reviews must be submitted in the same week (Monday to Sunday) as the photo is submitted on WOMO’s Facebook Page
  • Photos must be submitted on the Word of Mouth Online Official Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/WOMOcomau) and must clearly indicate the business that has been used.
  • The business must be notified that you found them on WOMO
  • The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • All photos must include yourself, a member of staff from the business, and something distinguishable to the business (signage, products uniform etc)
  • Family members, staff and relatives of WOMO Happy Customers Program Businesses are not permitted to enter with a business they are related to or have an association with. However, we encourage their entry with a business they have no connection to.
  • Entry into this promotion shall be deemed acceptance of the above conditions.
