Personal care services are near and dear to many of our hearts – in fact, they're among the most searched for categories on WOMO. Our hairdressers, beauticians, barbers, nail salons, waxing and hair removal services, massage therapists, tanning salons, and day spas all affect how we look – and importantly how we feel.

We recently surveyed real customers to find out what they want for personal care businesses. Here's an infographic to illustrate the responses:
