The response has been so positive in fact that Donnellan now count WOMO’s Happy Customers Program as their most important marketing tool “aside from signage on our business vehicle, at building sites and sponsorship of the local footy club that is! I ask every new inquiry ‘Where did you hear about us?’ The majority say they found us through WOMO” says Vanessa.

Today, for about a quarter of the price, we’ve been able to grow not just the volume but the quality of our inquires with WOMO. Building a new home for our clients, or renovating one they already love, demands a long term relationship based on trust. If clients want to see our work we walk them through some of our previous jobs but if they want an understanding of who we are, we can direct them to our profile on WOMO. Our customer reviews speak for themselves.”
Reviews are building steadily for Donnellan Constructions over the three years they’ve been part of the WOMO Happy Customers Program. “Due to the nature of the business and the size of some of the projects, we may take on just ten new clients a year. But those ten projects are ones that we’re really excited about. As the business grows through our online reputation, we’re able to take control of our direction, shaping the business to meet our needs as much as those of our clients.”
Vanessa says candidly, “With a young family, owning and operating our own business means we’ve had to make some hard decisions and compromise on personal time. I know that our clients appreciate what we do but seeing those reviews online is awesome. They make all the hard work worthwhile.”
